Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Description

Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient centered care utilizing established nursings frameworks. In collaboration with medical providers and other members of the care team, the RN provides individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient pain regulary to promote effective pain management, including reassessments after appropriate intervention.
• Performs exceptional care by responding promptly to patient requests. Strives to anticipate patient needs and resolve them proactively.
• Teaches patients/families/caregivers about paitent meical condition, patient status, treatment plan, medications and possible side effects, and follow up measures. 
• Teaches patients and families about non medicinal follow up measures, such as healthy diet and exercised, disease prevention, and other lifestyle changes. Prepares patients for future self-management.

Qualifications

1+ years Recent ER Acute Care (within the last year) RN
experience | Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN)
license — either a multi-state compact license or an
applicable single-state RN license for the specific state of
practice.

Advanced Cardiac Life Support 

Basic Cardiatc Life Support 

Pediatric Advanced Life Support
