Ink Connect is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Production Assistant to join our team in Nashville, TN. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to begin their career in operations and production support. You will assist with daily workflow coordination, material preparation, and general production activities while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Comprehensive training and ongoing mentorship are provided.
Responsibilities
* Assist with daily production operations and workflow coordination
* Prepare, organize, and distribute materials needed for production activities
* Support the assembly, packaging, and inspection of finished products
* Maintain accurate production records and documentation
* Monitor inventory levels of production materials and notify supervisors of shortages
* Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with company standards
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Previous production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience is a plus but not required
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
* Positive attitude, dependable work ethic, and eagerness to learn
