Emergency Room Registered Nurse - Night Shift Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Nights, 4x12-hour shifts (18:00 - 06:30), with every other weekend required. Job Description The Emergency Room Registered Nurse will provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, addressing a variety of patient needs ranging from acute injuries to chronic diseases. The candidate must be adept at using the Epic charting system and familiar with a diverse patient demographic including neonates, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Responsibilities Manage critical care for patients in the Emergency Department. Administer medications and monitor patient responses. Conduct assessments and triage patients according to urgency. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for holistic patient care. Perform technical skills including IV therapy, arterial line management, and blood product administration. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum 3 years of experience in an Emergency Department. Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS. Previous charge experience is required.
