Paint Applicator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $18.00 to $22.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Thursday from 05:45am to 04:30pm )

• Prepare, paint, and finish aluminum products and components in a paint booth environment.
• Mix paints, select proper tools, and apply coatings to meet quality standards.
• Perform prep work and operate power tools to prepare products for painting.
• Move and position large products throughout the paint process safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean work area while following all safety, OSHA, and material-handling procedures.

Paint Applicator Qualifications:

• Previous painting, manufacturing, production, or industrial experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to bend, stoop, and lift up to 75 pounds multiple times throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment and using power tools and painting equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality standards with reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Must be fluent in English (spoken and written).
