Laboratory Operations Associate I
Fate Therapeutics
Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, maintain, and redeploy laboratory equipment
- Monitor and respond to lab alarms and security system issues
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement guidance
- Coordinate between Facilities, R&D, Technical Operations, and Manufacturing teams
- Document all activities in compliance with SOPs and GDP standards
Requirements
- Laboratory operations experience with equipment management
- Knowledge of equipment installation, calibration, and maintenance procedures
- Familiarity with SOPs and Good Documentation Practices
- Strong communication skills across multiple departments
- Ability to work on-site full-time in San Diego
