We are seeking an **Associate Director, Product Design** to lead the design of the next evolution of the product. This role is ideal for a strategic design leader who thrives in fast-paced environments, is deeply passionate about user-centered design, and is excited to shape the future of health technology at scale.**What You'll Work On**As the Associate Director, you will:* **Lead Product Evolution**: Own the design vision for Lingo 2.0, our next-generation health platform. You'll rearchitect the user experience from the ground up, making it simpler and more intuitive while delivering actionable insights that empower users to make smarter health decisions.* **Champion User-Centered Design**: Ensure that all design work is grounded in user research, usability testing, and data-driven insights.* **Lead Design Work**: Own the design direction and execution for major product initiatives, setting the standard for design quality across the team.
