Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-Hour Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an Intensive Care Unit setting during night shift hours
• Manage and monitor patients requiring mechanical ventilation
• Administer and titrate intravenous drip medications
• Provide care for patients requiring Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump (IABP) support
• Deliver post-cardiac catheterization patient care and monitoring
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately using Meditech Expanse EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Alabama State RN license or valid Compact RN license at time of submission
• Minimum of 1–2 years of ICU nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Experience with ventilator management, drip management, IABP, and post-cardiac cath care
• Copies of all certifications required at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel nursing experience preferred
• Familiarity with Meditech Expanse electronic medical records system
