Director of Pharmacy Services

KC CARE is a nonprofit health center dedicated to providing accessible, high-quality healthcare to everyone, regardless of income or insurance status. The Director of Pharmacy will lead the transformation of pharmacy services into a strategic enterprise service line supporting clinical excellence, health equity, financial sustainability, and innovation across Community Health Center operations. The Pharmacy Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program requirements. This role oversees the administration and integrity of the 340B program, including policy development, audit readiness, inventory controls, diversion prevention, and optimization of program resources to support the mission of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The Pharmacy Director serves as the executive pharmacy advisor to the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and Board on medication strategy, pharmacy operations, 340 B optimization, and pharmacy business development. Working closely with patients and healthcare providers, the Pharmacy Director ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services that improve medication access, adherence, and health outcomes while supporting the organization's commitment to serving underserved populations.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of an accredited college of pharmacy. Seven years of experience of outpatient pharmacy supervisor experience required. Three years of outpatient pharmacy 340B, FQHC, HRSA, and AAAHC experience required.PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
