Overview Full‑Time Retail Sales Associate – Immediate hire at Kroger 960 – Dayton, OH. Join NRG Energy team as an EnergyPro, engaging local customers to promote electricity and gas services in a retail environment. Responsibilities Work within your local retailer to engage consumers about NRG electricity and gas. Help customers lower their energy costs. Uncover consumer desires and overcome objections. Maintain professional interactions with customers and fellow employees. Welcome customers and politely offer solutions. Collaborate with your team to accomplish goals and celebrate success. Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, or event environments. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Direct customers to displays, assess needs, and suggest products that fit. Advise customers by providing information on services. Build customer confidence to help them make selections. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Track and communicate all activity to Retail Operations. Keep workstation/kiosk clean, organized, functional and presentable at all times. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. No door‑to‑door, cold calling, or telemarketing. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum six (6) months of prior sales, retail, telecom or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
