Payment Posting & Data Processing Representative The Payment Posting & Data Processing Representative is responsible for posting patient payments and adjustments regarding patients, commercial insurance carriers, and governmental agencies. In addition, they will run control tapes on inbound mail, process credit card transactions, and other duties as necessary. Duties and Responsibilities: Reconciles all cash from deposits to accounts posted Posts all patient and insurance payments for assigned segment within 24 hours of receipt Works in multiple systems ensuring all patient accounts are balanced, posted, and reconciled.
