Resident Engagement Activities Assistant
Sheridanml
Lead daily group and individual activities tailored to resident preferences and cognitive levels. Document resident attendance and engagement levels in compliance with facility protocols. Set up activity rooms, transport residents to events, and maintain supplies. Collaborate with the Activity Director to plan monthly calendars and seasonal events. Assist in recruiting and guiding volunteers for facility programs.
