Electrical Assembler

Job Title: Assembler
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products ranging from electrical cords to mobile generator systems. The ideal candidate will have experience with point-to-point wiring, be comfortable using hand tools, and take pride in producing quality work.
Responsibilities

• Perform point-to-point wiring to ensure precise and reliable electrical connections.
• Assemble components and products using hand tools such as screwdrivers, tape measures, wire strippers, and utility knives.
• Follow assembly instructions, specifications, and quality standards.
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure accuracy and functionality.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with the Assembly Supervisor and team members to meet daily production goals.
• Identify and report any quality or production issues promptly.

Required Skills

• Experience with point-to-point wiring.
• Proficiency using hand tools, including:
  • Screwdrivers
  • Tape measures
  • Wire strippers
  • Utility knives
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience.
• Willingness to learn new assembly techniques and processes.

• 1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Somerset, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.70/hr.
