CERTS: HT (Histotechnician) or HLT (Histotechnologist) Certification through ASCP (American Society for Clinical Pathology); 3 years experience preferred (minimum 2 years) Associates degree preferred.

Do they need to be able to cover other areas in the lab or be a Generalist or perform Phlebotomy? No
