Warehouse Associate / Delivery Driver TraineeLocated in Leetsdale, PA Pay: $19.50/hour – Weekly Pay Schedule: Full-Time – Monday through Friday 7 am – 4 pm (overtime as needed)Build your career from the warehouse to the driver's seat! This is a dual-role position designed for someone who wants to learn the business from the ground up and grow into a driving position. You will start as a Warehouse Associate, learning the company's products, processes, and warehouse operations. As you become familiar with the business, you will also learn about the Driver role. Once fully trained in the warehouse (approximately 3 months), you will transition into a Driver/Warehouse Associate role. These are same day deliveries from the warehouse. Important: This is a warehouse-first position. Even after becoming a driver, you will be expected to work in the warehouse whenever you are not driving. Candidates must be comfortable with both sides of the job.Warehouse Responsibilities:Learn the company's warehouse operations from the ground upReceive, organize, stage, load, and unload materialsAssist with picking, packing, and preparing ordersOperate a forklift after trainingMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAssist coworkers and support daily warehouse needsPerform physical warehouse work as neededDriving Responsibilities (after fully trained)Operate a 26-foot box truck for local deliveriesFollow assigned delivery routes and schedulesSafely load, secure, transport, and deliver materialsComplete required delivery paperworkRepresent the company professionally when interacting with customersReturn to the facility and assist with warehouse duties when not drivingMust-HavesClean driving record – no driving infractionsMust be able to pass a DOT medical/health examinationValid driver's license appropriate for operating a commercial non-CDL vehicleAbility and willingness to learn to operate a forkliftAbility to safely operate a 26-foot box truck after trainingReliable attendance and dependable work ethicComfortable performing physical warehouse workWillingness to work in the warehouse when not drivingThe right fit: We are looking for someone who wants to learn, grow, and build a long-term career with the company.
