Your role in our mission:

• 2+ years of experience in provider enrollment, credentialing, or healthcare operations.
• Experience leading, training, coaching, or mentoring team members in an enrollment or healthcare environment.
• Experience managing daily enrollment operations, queues, applications, updates, and inbox activities.
• Experience handling escalations, resolving complex issues, and supporting client or stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain accurate documentation, and support process improvement initiatives.

This is a fully remote position that requires a dedicated home office or private workspace with a door to ensure a professional, distraction-free work environment. Employees must be available to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with punctuality and reliable attendance being essential. The role requires the ability to maintain focus, meet performance expectations, and adhere to company policies while working remotely. Remote positions employees' Broadband Internet connections should have a minimum speed of 24MBS download and 8 MBS upload. Greater speeds will of course provide better performance. Remote role required to have a home office or room with a door to separate from anyone in the house. Hours are 8am-5pm punctuality is a must.

The deadline to submit applications for this posting is September 30, 2026. The pay range for this position is $54,300.00 - $77,500.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
