In this role, you will play a key part in supporting production by manufacturing, modifying, and repairing precision parts that keep our equipment operating efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career with a global leader in the automotive manufacturing industry.## What You'll Do* Operate machine shop equipment including lathes, mills, surface grinders, drill presses, and related machinery.* Manufacture and repair components to support production and maintenance operations.* Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.* Complete preventive maintenance activities and scheduled work orders.* Work closely with Engineering, Maintenance, and Production teams to support manufacturing objectives.* Maintain accurate documentation of completed work.* Become certified and maintain certification as a forklift operator.* Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.* Perform additional duties as assigned.## What We're Looking For* High School Diploma or GED required.* Minimum of 1–2 years of equivalent mechanical experience.* Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.* Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings.* Experience holding tight tolerances and producing quality parts.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Strong communication and organizational skills.* Familiarity with MP2 maintenance software is a plus.## Why Join KYB?
