Chief of Staff

Laborup ($7M raised, covered in Forbes) is looking for a sharp, curious, and hardworking Founder’s Associate / Chief of Staff Intern to work directly with the Founder/CEO across go-to-market, product, strategy, hiring, operations, and special projects. You will be working for the Founder– Simba Jonga. This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to see how a venture-backed startup actually operates and help build a fast-growing company from the inside. What you’ll work on: Research markets, companies, customers, and industry trends Support go-to-market and operational projects Help with hiring, recruiting coordination, and special initiatives Think through product ideas, workflows, and process improvements Turn messy ideas into clear plans and execution Jump into whatever needs to get done We’re looking for someone who is: Deeply curious and ambitious Organized and reliable A strong communicator and writer Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving environments Willing to work hard and figure things out Interested in startups, AI, manufacturing, and company-building Ideal background: Current college student or recent graduate Business, economics, political science, engineering, or related background preferred You’ll work closely with the founder, get real responsibility early, and gain exposure to how startups scale across hiring, operations, product, and go-to-market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
