Registered Nurse - IMC/PCU/Stepdown

$1713.60/week - Job Summary: Seeking experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week travel assignment in a Level II Trauma Center's Progressive Care Unit. The role involves managing cardiac, neuro, and post-procedural patients with advanced telemetry capabilities. Responsibilities: Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry to assess patient status. Administer vasoactive drips, chest tubes, and high-flow oxygen therapies. Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care and ensure safety. Document patient care accurately in EPIC; participate in bedside shift reports and hourly rounding. Respond rapidly to medical emergencies, including participation in rapid response teams. Manage post-cardiac procedure patients and assist with procedures such as TEE and cardioversions. Qualifications: Current RN license with valid state licensure. BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required. Proven experience managing cardiac, neuro, and progressive care patients. Strong skills in telemetry interpretation and vasoactive medication management. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting.
