Job Responsibilities:

As a Sales Producer for Rick Mottern State Farm Agency, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most while building long-term relationships in the community, including:

• Generating new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-up

• Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate insurance solutions

• Developing leads, scheduling appointments, and closing sales

• Building relationships with customers and creating referral opportunities

• Working alongside an experienced mentor and sales team to sharpen your skills

• Helping clients with auto, home, life, and financial services products

Compensation

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

• Performance Bonuses

• Realistic First-Year Earnings: $60,000 - $80,000+

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
