Job Description
Registered Nurse - Interventional Radiology

Schedule

Monday to Saturday Day/Eve shifts with weekday and weekend on-call requirements. Holiday coverage as needed.

Assignment Details

4x10 hour shifts.

Requirements

• 2 years of Registered Nursing experience
• 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Active New York RN license
• BLS certification (American Heart Association only)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association only)

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients undergoing diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Assist in the preparation and administration of imaging procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and report any changes.
• Ensure effective communication with medical staff and patients.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
• Adhere to infection prevention protocols in procedural areas.

Compliance / Notes

Hospital-issued and laundered scrub pants and tops are required in addition to other infection prevention measures when needed in procedural areas.
