At Mobility Rx Physical Therapy, we believe physical therapists provide their best care when they have the time and resources to focus on their patients. Every visit is scheduled one-on-one. We don’t double-book patients, and we use AI-assisted documentation to reduce paperwork so you can spend more time treating patients and less time charting.

Mobility Rx Physical Therapy is a PT-owned private practice dedicated to helping patients move better, recover faster, and stay active. We specialize in orthopedic rehabilitation, sports medicine, post-operative care, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and performance-based physical therapy. Our clinic uses advanced technology including diagnostic musculoskeletal ultrasound, shockwave therapy, blood flow restriction training, and strength and performance testing to help deliver exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Treat orthopedic, post-operative, and sports medicine conditions
• Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training
• Educate patients on their diagnosis, prognosis, and home exercise program
• Complete timely, compliant documentation using AI-assisted tools
• Communicate effectively with physicians and other healthcare providers
• Help create a positive, patient-centered clinic culture

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Two or more years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred. Exceptional new graduates seeking mentorship are encouraged to apply.
• Current California Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Passion for evidence-based orthopedic care
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
• Experience treating orthopedic and post-operative conditions
• OCS certification or interest in pursuing specialization is a plus

Compensation & Benefits

Starting salary from $90,000 per year for experienced clinicians. Compensation is based on experience and qualifications.
