Enjoy selling You listen first, recommend thoughtfully, and help customers find the right solution. Are comfortable with technology Point-of-sale systems, email, smartphones, and basic computer skills don't intimidate you. Can work independently You don't need someone looking over your shoulder to stay productive. Enjoy being part of a team You celebrate wins together and jump in wherever help is needed. Like variety One minute you're helping someone choose the perfect court shoe, the next you're merchandising apparel, receiving inventory, or preparing an online order.
