The comfortable living environment sets the stage for a productive and relaxing treatment experience. Resident Manager Job Description: The Resident Manager is a vital member of Affinity One Housing. The Resident Manager is under the supervision of the Administrator and is responsible for monitoring the safety and well-being of the residents as they reside at Affinity One. Resident Manager Duties/Responsibilities: Completes intakes on new patient admissions and orientation procedures and schedules Records inventory log of all personal belongings, valuables and return ticket; ticket and valuables to be kept in the safe Facilitate groups such as orientation, meditations, and community meetings Fills out required lab requisitions per protocol if needed Know where residents are at all times De-escalates APA and other resident problems within defined parameters Participates in all staff meetings as scheduled Documents attendance for all groups Files all notes in records daily for case management purposes Attends shift change meetings to enhance communication with staff regarding resident issues Provides communication with other treatment providers that the residents may be enrolled and or admitted to Monitors all areas of the building to ensure that they are clean, safe and orderly, and communicate with other staff as necessary to promote high quality patient care Remind residents of program rules and regulations as necessary and report infractions appropriately Complete all assigned paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner Resident Manager Requirements: High school diploma or GED Valid Driver’s License, driving record in good standing Resident Manager Schedule: Full time Day shift; 7:00AM - 7:30PM Resident Manager Compensation: Hourly rate competitive with experience and location Night and weekend differential when applicable Full time employees may be eligible for the following: Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, and STD options Medical FSA and Dependent Care Account 401k with company match up to 5% Accrued Paid Time Off (PTO) Education reimbursement Career Advancement Opportunities *** This job does NOT sponsor visa's and we are unable to consider out of country applicants *** If you are interested in this opportunity or know someone that you respect who would be a good fit for this position, please email: Ray Davis - View email address on click.appcast.io Talent Acquisition Manager #J-18808-Ljbffr Evolve Treatment Centers
