About the Restaurant This position is for a Shift Manager at a McDonald’s restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee. The franchisee is the employer and is responsible for all employment matters. Job Overview The Shift Manager leads shifts each week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly service experience. The role involves supervising crew and other managers, maintaining quality, safety, and cleanliness, and communicating with the next Shift Manager to facilitate smooth transitions. • Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
• Positive team player with a flexible schedule
• Passion for working in a fast‑paced environment
• Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in a corporate‑owned restaurant
