Title: Family Law Attorney

Location: Schaumburg, IL

Compensation: Base $110K-$130K + 15% bonus when you bill 1800 hours

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Family Law Attorney to join our firm. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive legal services to clients in various family law matters, including divorce, custody, and prenuptial/postnuptial agreements. Your expertise will help families navigate challenging legal situations with compassion and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent clients in family law cases such as divorce, custody disputes, and child support issues.
• Draft and review legal documents, including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements.
• Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on family law developments and regulations.
• Provide clients with legal advice and guidance throughout the legal process.
• Prepare and file necessary court documents and ensure compliance with legal procedures.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice in Illinois 
• 3+ years of experience in family law or related areas.
• Strong litigation and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Demonstrated empathy and client-focused approach.
