About the Position

Outpatient Rheumatology Opportunity in New Orleans, Louisiana

Practice Rheumatology in a City Known for Culture, Community, and Quality Living

Join a supportive, hospital-connected outpatient Rheumatology clinic in New Orleans, where you can focus on patient care, enjoy a predictable schedule, and be part of a collaborative environment. This role offers excellent support staff, academic opportunities if desired, and a lifestyle rooted in one of the most vibrant cities in America.

Practice Overview:

Outpatient-only role with 4.5 clinic days per week
No hospital work, no call, and no weekends
Clinic includes 3 exam rooms, 20 infusion chairs, and an on-site X-ray and lab tech
Dedicated support team, including front desk staff, office manager, MA, and referral clerk
Academic involvement is available through LSU
EPIC EMR in both the clinic and the hospital

Compensation & Benefits:

Guaranteed salary plus RVU incentives
Sign-on bonus and relocation support available
401(k) retirement plan, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance
Ample PTO, offering increases based on years of service
CME allowance of $3,000 with paid CME time
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness

Candidate Profile:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology
Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
Open to new graduates and international candidates; visa sponsorship available
