Join Our Team as a Children's Gymnastics Instructor at The Little Gym of Chicago!

The Little Gym of Chicago is looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals to join our team as Children's Gymnastics Instructors. Located in the heart of Chicago, IL, we are a part of a globally recognized brand that helps children build confidence, develop physical skills, and have fun in a safe and engaging environment.

As a Children's Gymnastics Instructor, you'll be at the heart of creating a fun and educational experience for our young gymnasts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading engaging gymnastics classes for children of various ages and skill levels.
• Demonstrating basic gymnastics techniques and ensuring proper form and safety.
• Creating a welcoming and positive environment where children feel encouraged to learn and grow.
• Building strong relationships with children and their families to foster trust and excitement for our programs.
• Assisting with class preparation, clean-up, and maintaining a safe and organized gym space.

We’re looking for individuals who bring energy, enthusiasm, and a love for working with kids. To thrive in this role, you should:

• Have a fun, outgoing personality that connects well with children and parents alike.
• Be comfortable demonstrating basic gymnastics skills (don’t worry, we’re not asking for Olympic-level expertise!).
• Be patient, upbeat, and ready to create a positive learning environment.
• Have no prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
