As an Armed Patrol Officer at a premier residential community, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and support residents and guests with exceptional service and communication. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.54 / Hour Job Schedule: Sat: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM Sun: 07:00 AM - 03:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout residential common areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for residents, guests, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with emergency responders when needed. Prepare accurate reports and communicate observed conditions, incidents, and policy concerns to Allied Universal leadership and site management. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least 1 year of corrections, law enforcement, military experience and/or degree in criminal justice. Possess an armed guard card is required. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
