Pay: $21.00 per hour
Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Hours: Daily schedule to be determined

About the Position

Greentrees Village is looking for a friendly, dependable On-Site Member Services Representative to assist residents and support the day-to-day operations of the community. This position is a great fit for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and keeping things running smoothly.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a point of contact for residents, answering questions and helping direct requests to the appropriate person.

• Assist with resident concerns, complaints, and general service requests.

• Work with the maintenance team to communicate requests and help coordinate follow-up.

• Accept payments and assist with basic office and administrative duties.

• Issue and manage resident access items, including fobs, transponders, and card keys.

• Assist with committee communications, meetings, and other community activities.

• Maintain accurate records and help ensure resident requests are followed through.

• Provide general support to the on-site management team as needed.

Schedule and Pay

This is a part-time, on-site position in Florence, Oregon, working 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday. Daily hours will be determined.

Pay: $21.00 per hour.
