Step into immediate patient demand with an established outpatient gastroenterology practice currently referring roughly 300 colonoscopies per month outside the network. • Strong Production Potential: Current gastroenterologists generate approximately 15,000 to 18,000 wRVUs annually, with a Year 1 salary guarantee plus quarterly wRVU upside before transitioning to production-based compensation.
• Dedicated Clinical Support: Each physician receives dedicated APP support within a fully staffed team that includes three PAs, endoscopy nurses, and GI technicians.

 

Candidate Requirements

• Board certification or eligibility in Gastroenterology through ABIM is required.
• Candidates must be comfortable in a high-volume outpatient clinic and ASC endoscopy setting.
• Candidates must be willing to participate in hospital ED call during Year 1.
• Early to mid-career physicians are preferred, and fellows may sign in advance.
• H-1B candidates are eligible.
