Parts SpecialistThe Reynolds Farm Equipment Parts Specialist prepares parts for service personnel, sales staff, and customers in order for the personnel to perform their duties for the customers. The Parts Specialist supports and helps all personnel to be as efficient as possible and provides clear communication on status of parts and whole good items. The Parts Specialist is responsible for providing exceptional customer service with timely and accurate information regarding accounts, products, rates, and services offered. The Parts Specialist must practice confidentiality both in and out of dealership and maintain positive attitude while working to improve teamwork between all dealership personnel. Most importantly, perform all duties with honesty, integrity, and adherence to Corporate Values.Responsibilities:Provides excellent customer service to service department, counter, and phone customersProvides recommendation for sales of additional related or needed parts or accessoriesTimely and accurate processing of all in-store orders; completes orders by communicating with customers and co-workers on pick-up and delivery statusLocates and obtains merchandise for customers, whether in-stock, out-of-stock, or non-stocked merchandiseMaintains inventory integrity by verifying receipting-in of shipments and assisting with placing parts orders in their proper inventory locations; assisting in cycle counts; following up on inventory discrepancies and expediting issues by reporting to Direct ManagerAssists with stocking and maintaining professional showroom image and merchandise displaysKeep orderly list of parts on work ordersAssists in keeping the parts department and warehouse clean, orderly, and safeEnsures parts for service work orders are in an organized area in the parts warehouse and accurately labeledRequirements:Proficient ability in data entry/keyboarding skillsProduct knowledge of lawn and garden and outdoor power equipment and agricultural equipmentExperience connecting with customers, maintaining professional image, and establishing rapportProficient ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions, and provided software programsKnowledge of office proceduresUnwavering commitment to confidentialityUnderstanding of mechanical/technical termsGreat communication skills; written and verballyThrive in a fast-paced environment while working as a team and independentlyProper and efficient phone etiquetteDetail oriented; pay attention to detail and ensure accuracyAbility to lift items weighing up to 50 poundsValid Driver's License and reliable transportationHigh School Diploma or equivalent experienceAbout The Reynolds Team:With an energetic company culture and host of benefits, Reynolds Farm Equipment has emerged as an employer of choice for top talent.
