The world can’t wait.You Have:5+ years of experience leading or supporting enterprise or mission-system architecture for defense, intelligence, or federal programs5+ years of experience developing solution architectures and technical roadmaps integrating systems across multiple domainsExperience producing or governing architecture artifacts such as system views, interface specs, or decision recordsKnowledge of security and compliance frameworks such as DoD STIGs, RMF, or NIST 800-53/171, infrastructure integration, networking, data flows, and segmentationAbility to lead workshops and briefings, coordinate schedules, manage risks, and validate implementation against architecture intentAbility to engage government program managers to refine early technical ideas and translate them into testable, milestone-oriented research conceptsAbility to develop innovative technical narratives aligned to high‑risk, high‑reward research priorities, and communicate them clearly to stakeholdersTS/SCI clearanceBachelor's degree in a STEM or Management fieldDoD 8140 or 8570 IAT Level II CertificationNice If You Have:Experience designing and deploying AI solutionsExperience shaping and capturing competitive R&D programs with federal government agencies, including concept development and proposal leadershipExperience with software development, and risk management processes or best practicesClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information;TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,900.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
