Resident Services Coordinator

As a Resident Services Coordinator/Manager , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for supervising and training caregivers, medication technicians, and other support staff, while also coordinating resident care and services. Key Responsibilities: Staff Supervision & Training: Supervise caregivers and medication technicians, ensuring quality care and adherence to policies. Conduct new employee orientations, complete skills checklists, and maintain ongoing competency validations. Resident Care & Service Coordination: Coordinate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans, ensuring the highest level of care and support for our residents. Lead daily staff huddles and communicate updates effectively. Complete administrative tasks, including tracking staff compliance, maintaining training records, and monitoring staff performance.
