IV Pharmacist - Long-Term Care Infusion Specialist

CVS Health

CVS Health's Omnicare unit is seeking a pharmacist to support infusion therapy in long-term care settings. You will assess patients, review orders for safety, program infusion devices and coordinate with care teams. Licensure and advanced infusion experience are required.
