•5 +Years Heavy Truck Experience
•Ability to work independently and supervise a team effectively
•Valid Driver's License
•Ability to change-out vehicle components including, but not limited to turbos, starters, rear ends, transmissions, suspension items and engine injectors.
•Ability to pass and maintain aDOT physical
•Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test
•Supply personal hand tools
Job Description:
Heavy Truck and Trailer Mechanic $32.75/hour + benefits (plus overtime) Seeking an experience Heavy Truck & Trailer mechanic for our fleet of heavy trucks and trailers located on the westside in the City of Pittsburgh.
Qualifications:
•Strong mechanical aptitude with high attention to detail
•Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and electronic problems
•Ability to operate diagnostic tools and software
•Prefer PA State Inspection License, but not required
Schedule:
•8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30 minute lunch break four days between Monday and Friday, employees choice with notice, with Saturday being a mandatory work day.
