Internal Medicine/Family Medicine (or other primary care fields), Emergency medicine, or Geriatric physicians tend to bring unique experiences to this role. This role provides a rewarding experience for clinicians and will likely rejuvenate your passion for patient care, in a medical group dynamic. Enjoy a flexible schedule while visiting skilled nursing facilities and working as part of a team in a collaborative care model. - MD or DO
- Valid Medical License to Practice
- DEA License
- Medicare Eligible
