Serving Whatcom, Skagit, Island, San Juan, and Northern Snohomish Counties
Pay: $20–$24 per hour

What You'll Do

As a Right at Home Caregiver, you'll provide compassionate support that enables clients to live successfully and safely at home.

Responsibilities may include:

• Building meaningful relationships through companionship and conversation

• Assisting with light housekeeping and household organization

• Preparing meals and supporting proper nutrition

• Grocery shopping and running errands

• Providing transportation to appointments and community activities

• Encouraging participation in hobbies and recreational activities

• Supporting mobility and daily routines

• Assisting with personal care services when appropriate

• Monitoring client well-being and reporting changes

• Following individualized care plans and company policies

Caregiver Must-Haves

• A desire to learn, grow, and help others

• A compassionate and friendly demeanor

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to communicate effectively in English with clients, families, and team members

• Ability to pass required background screenings

• Authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous caregiving experience

• Home Care Aide (HCA), CNA, NAR, or related certification

• CPR/First Aid certification
