Join us and help the world’s leading organizations unlock the value of technology and build a more sustainable, more inclusive world.Location: New York/Atlanta, GA/Chicago, ILJob DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business requirements for Commercial Lines insurance products.Work with business stakeholders, underwriters, product owners, and development teams to define functional requirements.Translate requirements into BRDs, FSDs, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.Support Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations, enhancements, and rating solutions.Analyze rating requirements including premium calculations, rate books, modifiers, discounts, and surcharges.Participate in product modeling activities covering coverages, forms, jurisdictions, and rating structures.Support SIT, UAT, production validation, and defect analysis.Work in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborate with QA and development teams.Required SkillsStrong experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter .Expertise in Commercial Lines Insurance .Strong understanding of:Product ModelPolicy Lifecycle (Submission, Quote, Bind, Issue, Renewal, Endorsement, Cancellation)Underwriting RulesRating FrameworkForms & DocumentsExperience with insurance rating concepts:Premium CalculationRate BooksRating VariablesCoverages & ModifiersDiscounts & SurchargesBusiness Analysis experience including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping, and defect triage.Preferred QualificationsGuidewire PolicyCenter Certification.Experience with Guidewire Cloud implementations.Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and web services.Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.Exposure to BillingCenter and ClaimCenter.Insurance certifications such as CPCU or AINS.The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $140,000 - $160,000/AnnumCapgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws.
