We strive to have a remarkable impact on people's lives across several key therapeutic areas – immunology, oncology, neuroscience, and eye care – and products and services in our Allergan Aesthetics portfolio.This is a MD Fill - Aseptic Gown - A2 Shift: 6pm-6:30am Sunday/Monday/Tuesday & every other SaturdayPerforms functions associated with cGMP manufacturing operations within the biologics production facility, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components and final materials. Uses sophisticated programs (such as LIMS, SAP, automated control systems, etc.) to collect and evaluate operating data, which can be used to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment. Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.Shipping finished materials.Maintaining inventory levels.Sampling of in process and raw materials.Running glass washer / autoclave.Buffer / media preparation.Equipment preparation (CIP / SIP).Cell culture (from vial thaw to production scale).Column chromatography.Tangential flow filtrationWear an aseptic gown during an 8 hr shift. This gown covers the full body.Willing to complete a lot cleaning sanitation during the work shiftFollow all clean room entry and exit proceduresWear the required aseptic gowning and PPE correctly at all timesPerform hand hygiene and sanitization before entering the clean roomMaintain aseptic technique to prevent contamination of materials and productsSanitize work surfaces, tools, and equipment on a frequent and consistent basisMinimize movement, talking, and unnecessary activity in the clean roomInspect gowning and PPE for proper fit and integrity before useReport any contamination concerns, spills, or equipment issues immediatelyHandle sterile materials only in approved areas and in a controlled mannerFollow all environmental monitoring and cleaning requirementsDispose of waste and contaminated materials according to procedureComplete all required documentation accurately and on time. Associates degree in science, with 1+ years relevant experience. Employees who are site/office-based and can occasionally perform their role virtually work both in the office and remotely*, following the policies and regulations in place at their location. US Employees must be in the office on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Three days in the office is the minimum; some individuals or teams may require more in-office days due to meetings, business/project needs or their role.
