Used Car Sales ManagerRoss Downing Auto Group is growing and has an immediate opportunity for an experienced Used Car Sales Manager. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record as a manager as well as a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. Treating our customer’s right is our #1 priority!Responsibilities: The Sales Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.Qualifications:Sales Manager experience requiredMust have a proven track recordManage daily activity of the sales staff using CRMStrong communication and customer engagement skillsDevelop an effective sales team through training and performance standardsAbility to stay confident in high stress/high activity times with a positive attitudePlanning, organizational and recruiting skills to build a high-performance teamAbility to drive sales and produce results; must be a strong closerProfessional, well-groomed appearanceSelf-motivated with a passion to achieve high standardsValid driver's license and good driving recordManage the inventory including stocking and pricingWhy Ross Downing?
