You will greet customers upon their arrival, provide a detailed walkthrough of their new RV, and demonstrate its features to ensure they are well-informed and comfortable. Your responsibilities will include verifying that each unit has completed its Pre-Delivery Inspection, is clean and ready, and that all necessary documents are accurately completed. Throughout the process, you will address customer questions, communicate updates to relevant departments, and identify opportunities to recommend additional products that may benefit the customer. You will also inspect units for readiness, follow up on any outstanding items post-delivery, and adapt to any schedule changes as required. The position involves occasional movement between office, loading, and storage areas, as well as work outdoors in varying weather conditions.YOUR HOURSThe Customer Delivery Specialist position is full-time, with a schedule that varies within business hours to meet the demands of order volume and customer availability. Shifts may include both weekdays and weekends as determined by business needs.REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or equivalentKnowledge of RVs and their systemsStrong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skillsClose attention to detail and organizationAbility to manage multiple deliveries and deadlines simultaneouslyProblem -solving skills and adaptability to schedule changesProfessional demeanor with customersBasic computer skills (email, scheduling systems, documentation)Ability to lift and move light to moderate items (typically up to 25-50 lbs)Visual ability to read screens, labels, and documentsComfortable working outdoors and moving between different work areasPreferred:Experience in RV, automotive, or delivery coordinationExperience working with customers in a service or sales environmentFamiliarity with PDI processes and vehicle/unit deliveryOUR MISSIONGiant Recreation World is Central Florida's leading RV dealer.
