We’re looking for an ambitious 360 Recruiter / Business Development professional to join our growing Life Sciences division . This is a true 360 opportunity for someone who wants more than simply managing existing accounts.

You’ll have the opportunity to develop new client relationships, expand existing partnerships, engage with senior decision-makers, and build your own book of business within the fast-growing Life Sciences market. You’ll work at the intersection of business development and talent , partnering with innovative pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, and other Life Sciences organizations to solve critical hiring needs with high-caliber talent.

What You’ll Do

• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle , from business development through candidate delivery
• Develop new client relationships and expand partnerships with existing clients
• Build and grow your personal book of business and revenue
• Create strategic sales approaches to identify opportunities and win new partnerships
• Build relationships with key decision-makers across the Life Sciences market
• Advise clients on talent trends, compensation, market conditions, and hiring strategies
• Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future opportunities
• Identify and engage highly qualified passive talent
• Leverage multiple sourcing strategies to identify exceptional candidates
• Conduct candidate interviews and manage the process from initial engagement through placement

What We’re Looking For

• Proven success in Life Sciences recruiting and/or staffing
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and build lasting client relationships
• A strong business development mindset with a track record of winning and growing accounts
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• High energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for recruitment and sales
• Comfortable working toward—and motivated by—revenue and performance goals
• Someone who wants to build a market, not simply manage one

Base Salary 70-85K with Commission up to 37.5%
