Store Leader (Store Manager) We are seeking a Store Leader (Chief Cheerleader, Boss Barista, Director of People Development, Head Customer Advocate) to partner with us in creating the best coffee business for our team members and customers. Responsibilities Hiring, scheduling, and training of store team members. Overseeing day‑to‑day operations and ensuring high quality of service. Driving team member engagement and fostering a positive workplace culture. Creating and maintaining a loyal customer base (Raving Fans). Managing financial performance, including sales and profitability. Partnering with the franchisee and leadership to support expansion plans across the Midwest.
