RN- Labor and Delivery - Per Diem - Up to $85/hour +$1,500 Sign On Bonus

RN - Labor and Delivery- NOC Shift Professionally develop and enhance your healthcare career at Interim Healthcare Staffing! We are currently adding to our team of excellent healthcare professionals for RNs who have hospital Labor and Delivery experience! Schedule: This is a per diem position. Shifts may be offered Monday through Sunday between the hours of 11:00PM-7:00AM and 7:00PM-7:00AM. Shift availability will vary based on staffing needs. Location: Stillwater, MN. Pay rate: Up to $85/hour Depending on Experience! Required Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor/Associate's Degree in Nursing.
• Licensed as an RN by Minnesota Board of Nursing or has a Wisconsin RN License and Minnesota Boarder State Registry.
• Must have at least 1 year of labor and delivery experience.
• Must have BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC).
• Current NRP certification
• STABLE certification
• Must have strong organizational, multi-tasking and communication skills with a customer-service orientation.

• Perform patient centered, safe, effective and timely patient care based on the specific needs of each patient within the RN scope of practice.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families including providing updates in a timely manner.
• Complete accurate and timely documentation
• Participate as an effective unit and nursing department member.
• Establish and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships with other health care team members and across the organization.
• Maintain and update clinical knowledge including certifications as appropriate.
