Key Qualifications: Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible SLP licensure in Arizona ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates considered Previous experience with school-age children preferred, but recent graduates welcome Strong organizational and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based practices and collaborative team environments Core Responsibilities: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for students in preschool–8th grade Develop tailored Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and contribute to multidisciplinary team meetings Provide group and one-on-one therapy sessions, tracking progress toward measurable goals Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support generalization of skills Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all state and federal guidelines If you thrive in a school setting and are excited to help students find their voices, this role could be an excellent fit.
