Project Manager

Pay Rate: $85/hr Skills Required: 5+ years of IT Project Management experience Experience managing projects through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall (PMBOK) methodologies Experience managing multiple concurrent technology projects Project planning, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management Stakeholder and executive communication Infrastructure and enterprise application deployment experience Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field PMP and/or Agile Certification preferred Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead software development, infrastructure, and enterprise technology projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment. This role requires strong leadership, project governance, and the ability to manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while ensuring successful project delivery. Manage projects throughout the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Lead software development, system enhancement, and infrastructure implementation projects. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, and resource plans. Coordinate cross-functional technical and business teams. Monitor project scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and timelines. Apply Agile, Waterfall, and PMBOK project management methodologies. Communicate project status, milestones, and executive updates to senior leadership. Partner with business and IT stakeholders to resolve risks and drive project success. Ensure compliance with organizational project management standards and governance. Mentor junior team members and provide leadership across project teams.
