As an early morning Baker at Rick's Bakery in Rogers, you’ll play a vitalrole in our daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Baking a variety of muffins, Danish, pastries, and other baked and fried goods.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in quality and taste.
- Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas.
- Collaborating with team members to meet daily production goals.

We’re seeking someone who:
- Has a desire to work with bakery products and a willingness to learn.
- Is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow instructions carefully.
- Works well individually and in a team-oriented environment.
- Can handle the physical demands of the role, including standing for extended periods and lifting ingredients up to 50 lbs and working with commercial bakery equipment daily.
