Are you a results-driven sales professional fluent in Japanese? We're looking for a Sales Manager to lead customer relationships, drive business growth, and serve as a key liaison between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan.
What You'll Do

? Drive sales growth through strategic account management and customer engagement

? Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients

? Work closely with engineering teams to identify new business opportunities

? Manage customer communications and support repair service coordination

? Serve as the primary contact between U.S. operations and ADTEC Japan

? Create project documentation, specifications, and meeting materials

? Supervise and support a sales assistant while overseeing daily sales activities

? Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
What We're Looking For

? Fluent Japanese language skills (required)

? Experience in sales management and account management

? Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills

? Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively

? Experience coordinating technical support, repairs, or customer issue resolution

? Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

? Comfortable working with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Travel Requirements

? Frequent local customer visits

? Occasional domestic travel

? International travel to Japan approximately once per year
