Responsibilities

• Greet and guide customers as they arrive on the lot and help them through the sales process
• Assist customers in identifying the right vehicle using inventory tools and needs analysis
• Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and value during test drives
• Help customers complete sales applications and required documents
• Monitor inventory, report any vehicle issues to management, and assist with lot organization
• Ensure vehicles are clean, presentable, and merchandised correctly to maximize visibility and interest
• Follow up with leads and previous customers via phone, text, and email to generate ongoing sales opportunities

Qualifications

• High energy and enthusiasm throughout the workday
• Outgoing, personable, and positive attitude even when facing objections
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person and over the phone
• Confident, persuasive, and coachable with a strong work ethic
• Willingness to learn and use dealership tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales platforms
• Basic business math skills including percentages and simple calculations
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors including light vehicle cleaning if needed
• Valid driver's license
