Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
• Provide friendly, professional, and helpful customer service.
• Answer general questions and provide accurate information about company products, services, and processes.
• Contact prospective and existing customers to share information and schedule appointments.
• Follow up with customers and prospects to confirm interest and appointment availability.
• Schedule appointments accurately based on customer needs and team availability.
• Confirm appointments and communicate relevant details to customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information, call notes, and appointment records in the CRM system.
• Follow established call scripts, procedures, and communication guidelines.
• Listen carefully to customer questions and direct inquiries to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Handle routine concerns professionally and escalate issues when appropriate.
• Meet established expectations for call activity, appointment scheduling, attendance, and customer service quality.
• Work collaboratively with management and teammates to maintain an organized and productive workflow.
• Participate in training, coaching, and performance reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish, with strong verbal communication skills in both languages.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and a professional speaking voice.

• Ability to explain information clearly and communicate with different types of customers.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling inbound inquiries.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous call center or customer service experience.

What This Role Involves
